Assisted vs. Full Service

Choose Your Service

Assisted Payroll

    • Work with you to implement changes in your payroll (additional fees may apply) 
    • Create a bank file to be uploaded to the bank by you or us when required 
    • Give you source deductions report and for remitting to CRA

Full-Service Payroll

    • Implementing any changes in your payroll (Additional fee may apply in some cases) 
    • Paymate will take the funds from your account using pre-authorised debit 4-5 days before payday 
    • Paymate will pay your employees from the funds collected 
    • Paymate will file the source deductions report and remit them to CRA
    • Make third-party payments on your behalf (e.g. WCB, garnishments, benefits, etc.)
